This page sets out how Costa Microcement handles the information you provide when you use this website.

An enquiry is kept while it is being dealt with, and at most 6 months, after which it is deleted automatically. If you want to see what is held — or have it deleted sooner — you can ask via delete my data.

Your enquiry goes to Costa Microcement and is used only to prepare a quote for the job. It is not passed to anyone else and is never sold on.

If a map is shown on the page it loads from Google Maps, and Google’s own terms apply to that content. Apart from that, your details are not shared with third parties.

When you send the form, the details you type are collected: name, phone number, email, postcode and town, together with your own description of the job. No other personal information is collected, and nothing more is ever asked for than is needed to reply.
